why do most Christians struggle with their Identity? with Mr. Kwame Asamoah

The Bible tells us in John 1:12 that, “Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God. The Word Of God tells us that we are heirs of the most high God. Our identity is in Christ Jesus, and he who is in Christ has become a new creature, where the old being is gone and all things have become brand new. God created Man to have unique characteristics and a purpose, however, we are created to have fulfillment with our lives through his will. We truly discover our true identity, purpose and reason for having been created, the closer we draw to him. We are told in Colossians 2:10 that our fullness is brought through Christ. If all these have been provided through the Word Of God, why then do many Christians still struggle with their identity? Why do we allow fear and doubts to cloud our judgment of who we are as children of God? Join Lily V Odoi (Our way of worship) on Be Inspired Podcast Network on Wednesday, September 19th, 2018 at 8:00 pm EDT/12: 00 am GMT with Mr. Kwame Asamoah, Founder of Kingdom Ambassadors Youth and Young Adults Ministry to discuss the topic, “Why do most Christians struggle with their Identity?”

Today, Africa is laced with some of the most obstinate conflicts, most of them constructed from differences in religious and ethnic identities. Religious and ethnic nationalism has led to conflicts about control of power, unequal allocation of resources, citizenship issues, state collapse, economic decline and Ethno-religious clashes. Nigeria has been pushed hither and thither by recurrent crises of regional or state illegitimacy, often impairing efforts at economic transformation, democratization, national cohesion and stability.
